The sub mucous leiomyoma of uterus is observed occasionally, but the case of a large sub mucous leiomyoma protruding through cervix and vagina is ´not seen so frequently.
Authors present a case of delivery of a large sub mucous leiomyoma of uterus with it´s review of literatures briefly.
